We were talking, when he had something to say he would turn his head and face me, and say his piece for 15 - 20 seconds at a time, while driving. Even if I interrupted and told him to watch the road, he would keep facing me and finish what he was saying before returning his attention to the road.

Tell ya what - 6 months and I still cant put weight on my right leg....so much for motorbikes. Problem isn't so much the bike - it's the other idiots on the road. I need something safer - like a nice 70's Lotus Europa for example. (now picture the girly girls in my house with hands on hips, tapping foot, and look of utter contempt as I attempt to explain that).
