Two of the projects are targeting NET Framework 4 and the one which is Windows Forms targeting Net Framework 4 Client Profile.
I attempted to change, but got warnings and decided to keep it as is. Do you know what 'Client Profile' is and does it make a difference?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
