No, it's a class library project. The solution consists of 3 projects - the main project which is class library, the test project and the Windows Form project which is only used for tests (running C# and VFP code in parallel and compare execution times and results). I am not running that Windows Forms application often, I prefer to use tests.

Main project is class library, but the startup project is the Windows Forms project.
