LOL... as one who has enjoyed the full effect of real Alsatian Munster as well as numerous good French/Swiss/German and Antipodean artisan efforts, I'm saying that the Wisconsin cheese I bought this week, is right up there. Of course you may disagree, but you weren't the one tasting. ;-)
