Weird thing happening on the computer of a client.

The user previews a report. Name of the printer displayed is ok but when that user click on the printer icon the reports prints on another printer. When the user clicks on the printing paramaters the good name for the printer is still there. When the user prints the reports from there everything prints fine on the right printer.

Any idea how to fix this?
