I'm working on a browser-based app that must be usable on a desktop browser, a tablet, or a phone.
The users are delivery drivers and managers of stores owned by a wide variety of national retail chains.

The user has been field testing the app with selected drivers and store managers. So far, the users have produced IPhones, IPads, a wide variety of Android devices but, aside from the desktop, not a single Windows device - tablet or phone.
That said, I know several corporate situations where Windows tablets and phones are the standard and if I wanted to develop for those clients, I'd have to be able meet that standard.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
