For VFP I would recommend xCase. As far as I know it's the only one that will reverse engineer a VFP database. The Pro version also supports SQL Server and, I think, Oracle. I'm pretty sure it doesn't support DB2 but they may have added that. If you don't need VFP support or if that's not your number one priority then ErWin is probably your best choice.
