I'd prefer that you didn't launch a second instance of IE or fiddle with the menu. I usually log in from work and have several applications running. I also visit several web sites and having to quit IE and reload to get my menu back is a pain.

If people want more work space, it should be up to them to modify their screen resolution, etc. After all, Windows standards say that the program should conform to the way the user wants to work, not the user conform to the programmer.
