In 1984 or so while I was studying Aeronautical Engineering I had a friend whose father designed fiberglass boats, and my friend designed a vehicle very similar to this one, it was a fiberglass hovercraft motorcycle. We tried to build it, but with the combined income of zero we had at the time we were not very successful :) I lost track of this friend long long time ago, but I am sure he is doing great things, as he would come up with brilliant ideas all the time...
