My taskbar only comes up about 1/8th of an inch. It used to
appear normally, whether I had it auto hide or always appear
on top. I was using PLUS! when the change occured. I swear
that there is no setting that could change it to this setting
and there doesn't appear to be a place to put it back. For
the mean time, I am tabbing and spacing to get the start menu
to appear. Anyone with a solution????
