This maybe something real simple!

I have lost my ToolBars. When I click the View menu, and select the "Color Palette" ToolBar for example.
It checks it on the list of toolbars. But does not add it. Then when I go back to the List of ToolBars, the Color Palette is not checked.

The same thing happens with the Report Designer. When I am modifying a Report, and select "Report Controls ToolBar". It does not add it to the top of the screen Where did my toolbars go??!
