You could probably write a program that would convert your programs to your new more readable format pretty easily. It would probably only take 10 or 20 lines of code. You'd bill the client for those lines too, of course :)

Anyone who wants to pay by the line of code deserves a FoxBase+ program. After all, that was the last version where you really did all your work in code.
