We have an application which build a treeview. For all of our users (except, of course, one) the items in the treeview list display properly.

For the one user the items display with a plus sign, but the description is just a line of dashes.

He can go to another workstation, login with the same id, and it will display properly.

The treeview is an Active X control and the OleClass is MSComctlLib TreeCtrl 2

I've tried to include an image of what it looks like on his screen, but I'm not sure it uploaded properly.

We use the same control in other parts of the system and it works just fine for him.

I've got no idea what properties, setup options, etc. to check. Any help muchly appreciated.
