Well... There is. I was charcoal fanatic long time ago (still love it no doubt) but big enough gas BBQ with heavy (thick) grill and proper lava rocks
can do some good stuff as well. It can be used on daily bases and it is legal for balcony use versus charcoal version which is prohibited.
