Good luck with that - if you can work your want around the crowd of people who've been waiting (and smelling "MEATSMELL") for the last 8 - 10 hours.

Now, when you're grilling, if you're producing a lot of smoke then you're either using to high a flame (if gas) or WAY to close to the coals.
