Only as often as you want to have a hard-to-find bug which turns out to be something you fixed when your system time changed, or on a file you got from a different timezone or some other interesting combination. Basically, you mess with file times and have a new prg / old fxp combination with timestamps on these files in the wrong order, and the boredom is miraculously vanishing.
