Hi Marcia.

>I am told that there is an option in SF Query to do this, but I must have taken my stupid pills today because I cannot find it.

We used to have a function in Studio to generate documentation but it wasn't very flexible. Then one of our developers mused that since the data dictionary is in a set of tables and we have this cool reporting solution that knows how to report on tables, why not use Query to report on its own data dictionary <g>? That way, you can format it any way you wish. See the Reporting on Your Project's Data Dictionary topic in the help file (http://stonefieldquery.com/OnlineHelp/SDK/index.htm?page=_3pt0rabct.htm online).

BTW, the best place to get support for Query is by creating a support ticket at stonefieldquery.com. I only check the UT every couple of days or so but our support staff are always available via support ticket.
