I have become good friends with my next door neighbors and their toddler. (He doesn't talk much yet but I said just wait, he will). Allison backed into Allie's car one night this winter and left a note on the windshield saying so. It has a Wisconsin plate so she had no idea whose car it was. She just did the right thing.

I am not going to draw conclusions but Allie's car was banged up again in front of her apartment in Milwaukee, this time much more severely. No note, no number.
