I'm SHOCKED!!!

I think we agree on this one. Obama won't go down in history as a strong anything.
David Brooks wrote in a column recently that Obama has been good at avoiding the monumental mistakes of his predecessors, like LBJ's invasion of Vietnam or W's blunders in Iraq, but he's been short on doing anything positive.
With a few exceptions, I basically agree with that.

I'd only add that the medical facilities for veterans have been a disgrace for as long as I can remember, so while Obama clearly blew this, his name goes at the bottom of a long list of presidents who did the same.
