What are you seeing? I've installed many times on CentOS, but not openSUSE.
Here's a combination of the forum post from Lianja, plus my own note to myself:
Please make sure you have changed the file permissions to be executable with chmod +x as stated on the downloads page.
The easiest thing to do (which should work on all Linux distributions) is execute the installer at the shell prompt. Change to the directory that contains the file and use sudo to run the file, for example:
$ sudo ./lianja-1.0.0-beta9R3-linux-x86_32_installer.bin
HJF: first make it executable
sudo chmod ug+x
No need to change back.
