This is caused because my admin account is not recognized as an admin account as in previous versions of Windows. A solution to that is to go on the C: drive and add that account to the list of accounts in Security and add the required privileges. Even by doing so, Windows cannot execute the command and returns an access is denied.

This is even by running Windows Explorer in administrator mode.

I get:

"An error occured while applying security information to:

C:\$Recycle.Bin

Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied."

If I click Continue, I get that for everything, including all directories.

How to assign my account with all privileges on C: drive?

This is the reason that everything is not working as it used to since a recent updates of Windows.
