I am using the WinZip Command Line utility. Even when trying to do it directly from CMD, I obtain the same result. Basically, if you have a file name such as Shop's From Montreal.pdf and add that to a zip file, when moving the mouse over the zip, you will see the file name properly. But, when clicking on the zip for the extraction, you will see it converts the quote to ASCII 146.

Anyone would know how to work around that?
