Last time you had a WinZip problem I recommended that you stop using it and go with a .Net library. Your reply was that it would take too long to make that change. Yet, here you are again with another problem. How much time have you spent over the years trying to fix WinZip issues? Surely going to a .Net library would have taken far less time.
>I am using the WinZip Command Line utility. Even when trying to do it directly from CMD, I obtain the same result. Basically, if you have a file name such as Shop's From Montreal.pdf and add that to a zip file, when moving the mouse over the zip, you will see the file name properly. But, when clicking on the zip for the extraction, you will see it converts the quote to ASCII 146.
