This administration has zero respect for the intellect of the American people.

I hate to sound like an elitist (OK - not really <g>) but most of the American people have earned this level of respect. I am thinking now of the video clip of "Obama Phone Lady" that went viral some time ago. IMHO, Most of these takers could care less about their freedom being infringed upon as long as Sugar Daddy Uncle Sam keeps supplying them with "free" stuff.

I remember standing in the grocery store one day, chatting with the security guard, asking him why it was so crowded. Then I realized it was the first week in the month and I said to him "Our tax dollars at work". Some big fat woman who wasn't even a part of the conversation, interrupted us to say "I will have you know that I work very hard for my benefits". To which I replied "I know exactly what you mean. I work very hard to pay for them".
