Basically, you don't need to store the exe in a memo field. You can include the exe file in your project and at runtime just call it. It will be always there because it is included in your exe/app and, this way, there's no need to copy it to a separate file in order to run it.

>I am working on a VFP5 project that uses an EXE written in Visual Dialog Script (sim to VB I think....). Per Dragan's suggestion, I store this EXE in the memo field of a VFP table, and then copy it out to the hard drive to run it.
