It does look a problem with access rights and probably the DBs. I think you get best support if you ask your question in this forum

I am writing this from a cafe, as I unfortunately don't have Internet access at home for now and according to our provider (At&T) the problem is going to only be fixed on Thursday.

We have no TV or regular phone working at home either :( My oldest son is most affected right now as he needs to watch all soccer games.
