However, I clicked on the Map button (to try and understand what you were talking about when you said there was a reply which never got answered) and did not get the map, instead got a sad looking image on a blank page (see screen shot attached).
I see at the top you are seeing a lot of broken images. Most of the images out there do not appear. I am not sure if this is related to a connectivity issue as you are reporting having difficulties to get the map area.
I assume you have the latest version of the browser. If not, I would look into that by upgrading to the latest version.
Also, yes, by clearing the cache, I meant clearing the temporary files of the browser. While most of the problems are sometimes related to that, it is not a bad idea to clear that manually from time to time. Each browser has an option for that. I have seen issues resolving themselves after that refresh.
Then, if you are having issues with one particular browser, you can always switch temporarily to another. Here, I have Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari. There are weird things that happen sometimes on the Internet. It is not easy to find where is the cause. But, at least, with at least two browsers. You can know that if you have the same thing in both, that the problem is probably not related to the browser.
