>It doesn't affect me because I don't use IE, but if I did and I had to change a setting for a site to keep working I would question the professionalism of the site, to be honest. Are there other well known sites where you have to do this (honest question, not rhetorical)?

It's a valid question. Truthfully the only times I can recall were when I was hitting a very specialized site. My view on the professionalism would be based on how accessible was the information on what settings I needed to change. In one case I was told about it ahead of time and so I knew - therefore, no pain. One other time I wasn't told at all until afterwards (and the settings communicated to me were wrong), and that was indicative of the overall quality of the site. But your point is valid.

I'm not saying Craig is necessarily wrong, but really it could have been phrased as a question to start with. Statements like "The UT should simply work with my browser the way it's setup" and "What's changed has to be on the UT side" are a bit dogmatic, at least until there's an answer/explanation.

There is only feature in the UT that I wish worked differently (and I'll stand corrected if I'm wrong). There should be a logout option on the toolbar. The only way I know to logout is to "back" to levelextreme.com and take the logout option there. Sure, it works, but I wasn't aware of it for the longest time...I truthfully thought there was no actual logout, and I've wondered if that ever exposed my account/connection/whatever in any way. I think most would agree that the screen I'm seeing right now, as I type, should have a logout option visible. Again, if I'm missing something and there actually is an option, I'll be glad.
