Bill, yes, it was unanimous, but there were liberals in the Senate who were backing Obama on it. The 9-0 was a bit of a surprise, given that Kagan is such a mouthpiece for the president. Pretty bad when your own minions vote against you. :)

The 35 foot buffer zone also being 9-0 was maybe a bit of a surprise - I know Sotomayor has sympathies for the conservative side on the topic, but still a bit surprised it went 9-0.

The big one is Hobby Lobby. Yesterday I would have guessed that Hobby Lobby would lose 5-4. But after today, I think they might win. And that would close out the month of June as the worst month for any president since Nixon. Obama might just want to stay on the golf course.
