Hi,
I am setting a new ASP.NET application on the customer Server 2008 R2 VM. The ASP.NET application reads/writes files in a folder where VFP database resides. First everything worked. Then I shared the VFP folder and things stopped working (seems like ASP.NET application was denied access to the VFP folder). Now I want to remove Sharing all together. Which I did; that is, I stopped sharing the folder. But the image of the folder still has a lock on it. So something must be "holding" this folder.
What do I need to remove the image of the Lock on the folder image? So that to bring it back to the initial condition.
TIA.
UPDATE. I found solution to my problem. I had to add user "Everyone" to the shared folder and then give it Read/Write privileges.
