I do not know if this is related but here is how this problem started. A few weeks ago, I discovered that, after a while, lets say 25 minutes to an hour, if I am logged to the site and open a new browser window (right click on top of the Internet Explorer item in the taskbar and select Internet Explorer), that it creates a disconnection to the site. The cause is because it erases the cookie in the browser. If I keep logged in the Universal Thread and do not open a new window, no matter from which instance of the browser opened, it does not delete the cookie. However, if I do the same operation right after the login or before about 25 minutes to an hour, I do not have the problem. This started to be like that a few weeks ago and I have not been able to find what is causing this.

Since then, testing the same with another browser did not create the same issue for me. So, there is something that is being kicked in when the request to open a new window in IE happens. This is still in effect with or without the secure site. This is not related. This is a known situation right now. I am still trying to find some information on why the browser is reacting like that.

Maybe someone can tell me if their IE is also acting like this. Basically, the scenario is like this:

Run Internet Explorer
Go to Universal Thread
Log in
After an hour, open a new Internet Explorer window
In mine, this forwards me to the login page, as soon as the auto refresh for the upper right counters happens or on the next click I will do

What is ridiculous in here, is that you can open a page to Google, for example, or another site, and it will create the same effect.

Anyone else can simulate that?
