Not being open on a Sunday is a business decision with which I have no problem. And while one might argue that the companies are 'controlling' their employees lives by not 'allowing' them to work on Sunday, it won't cost the employees anything beyond not getting a paycheck for that day. Opting out of the ACA for religious reasons IS telling some employees what they can and cannot do outside of the building plus costing them (or some of them) out of pocket.

No, the employees don't HAVE to work there (in theory), but have you checked out the non-professional job market lately?
