And while one might argue that the companies are 'controlling' their employees lives by not 'allowing' them to work on Sunday, it won't cost the employees anything beyond not getting a paycheck for that day. Opting out of the ACA for religious reasons IS telling some employees what they can and cannot do outside of the building plus costing them (or some of them) out of pocket.

Yep, and I have no problem with a business owner making a decision on how to run their business based on their own personal religious beliefs, but last time I checked, this country was kinda based on you not telling me how to live based on YOUR religion, especially after Massachusetts and Virginia had their fun.

Look, every employer is going to control the hours I (or anyone) works. My employers do not require me to work Saturday or Sunday. That's a business decision based on tradition. Car lots must be closed one day a week (at least around here). Some choose Saturday, most choose Sunday - again, a business decision based on legislation. So, if I'm not outraged about not being able to buy a car on Sunday why in the seven hells should I be outraged about not getting chicken chunks on a Sunday? If I'm in that desperate a need of chicken chunks, there are plenty of other places to purchase them. Same with a car.

What's next for Hobby Lobby, Chik-Fil-A, et al? Are they going to ask for Tax Exempt status because they're 'religious'?
