Well, this must be the worst nightware I ever had to deal with in such OS.

After having spent two days to set everything back up, applying configurations in all software, Outlook, SQL Server, Visual Studio, SnagIt, LViewPro, keyboard settings, background, desktop icons, alignments and a tons of other settings guess what. It started suddently to do this again with a brand new account. I just found out that an utility did not run at startup. So, I clicked on it. I created a bunch of directories under the D: drive instead of using the ones under the c:\Users branch, which is why the utility could not start up as it was unable to read the data from there. I restarted a few times since yesterday. Everything was fine. No software was installed or removed. It just happened just like that.

Where is Windows 9?
