- Check the System and Application Event Logs for network-related or unusual errors
- Check that the network cable is undamaged and securely connected at all points between the computer and the switch/router (hopefully it's a wired connection - if wireless, try a wired connection temporarily, wireless with networked VFP data tables is a bad idea)
