Actually I think we're in worse shape than "half"-primed. After all the article uses the "official" unemployment and inflation numbers which are as phony as NOAA's "official" temperature record. Plug the real numbers in and we're much worse off.
At the same time I think other "stable" First World nations (Greece, Italy, Spain) are more primed and we'll get to observe their results once the pitchforks march.
