What I find amazing is this - normally Mexico keeps pretty tight control of border crossings into Mexico. I highly doubt that many children didn't cross from outside countries into Mexico without some change in their procedures to begin with. Wonder who could have initiated that? Draw your own conclusions. My opinion - this stinks to high heaven.
