No, not really (no vCard + VFP, I mean), but it is something that may be relevant/at handy in the future.

Have you considered pass it through XML first? Wouldn't be easier for you to transform, process and interrogate afterwards?

There is a vCard XML specification in http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6351 (including conversion guidelines).
