It has some benefits. I get a nice kick out of outhitting a thirty-something (I can still nail one occasionally) on the golf course and then telling him how old I am.

I am definitely not a heavy hitter - I jump for joy when I hit a 150 yard drive. But I DO hit them straight. 150 yards in the middle of the fairway beats 200 yards into the woods behind a tree every time.
