Yeah, I get by with a little help from my friends, too. But, unless one is ready to help oneself, no amount of pushing, prodding and cajoling from anyone else is going to make a darn bit if difference. It's just like when I quit smoking - and, believe me, it took several tries and lots of failures - but when it came right down to it, it was between me and the cigarette and I looked it in the eye (if cigarettes actually have eyes {g}) and said "It's either you or me, buddy"
