I use tbo_dynazip, a replacement for dynzip thath runs under win8.1. I'm sure it comes from sources here in the UT, but I can not locate it. So if you need it PM me.
The original documentation was shiped with dynazip, so it should be in the installation version. I guess you will need a W2k to open it ... My XP will not do.
For a replacement - 7zip offers an interface.
