Argentina entered this WC with what was supposed to be the strongest, better offensive in the world, with the "Fantastic Four" (Aguero, Higuain, Messi, Di Maria) and a very weak defense, yet, the defense was the best of Argentina (save that one error that costed the Cup, 7 minutes before the end, and of course great play by Germany) and the offense was MIA. Higuain, being one of the best scorers in the world should have NOT missed a one on one with the goalie, after a gift from Schweinsteiger, so I cannot say he played very well, but it can be just sour grapes :)
