I think SSRS has come a long way in bridging the feature set gap versus Crystal. Though, there are two things that, IMO, still give Crystal the edge in the raw feature set comparison.....SSRS doesn't support stored procs as well as Crystal does (which, when you think about it, is pretty bizarre), and SSRS still doesn't have widow-orphan protection of groups (unless you're willing to try a very bizarre and time-consuming workaround). On that second one...we had forms where the Terms and Conditions would sometimes show at bottom of page 3, or the middle of page 4, and was not allowed to span a page. Crystal handles that easily....SSRS, not so much.
