How do you access SQL Server from C#? If you're using ADO.Net, then I can see VFP winning. If you're using Entity Framework, I think VFP would not be a huge winner.
>I support several VFP apps and several C# apps, so I'm bouncing back and forth all the time.
>My experience has been that there's no question that VFP uses fewer lines when using DBF's.
>What can be more concise than REPLACE a WITH b?
>When using SQL server as a backend with VFP, it might be closer, but I still think that VFP uses fewer lines of code.
>I don't know about line length though - A++ saves a lot of keystrokes.

>However, debugging with C# is many times faster because of strong typing and that is one of several reasons that, if I have a choice, I use C#.
