When I created an .EXE, my program accurately displays my Splash screen, then, instead of stopping at my menu, it quits VFP. I know I had a previous problem similar to this one when my first program was a form - which I corrected my making the form Modal. How can I make a Menu Modal? I have a READ Events command as the first instruction after my "Do MENU..." call in the Root program of the project (Set Main). I've tried running both with and without the Read Events and it works both ways - only for non .exe programs. I'm running in VFP 6.0.

Thanks for your response Josh. I'm positive no Clear Events command is anywhere in my project. It's really strange...I build it as an .APP and it works perfectly. Build it as an .EXE and it just displays the SPlash screen and never executes my menu program. Any other ideas?
TIA

Barry
