I think Canadians get even lower tuition rate. My daughter was accepted by McGill we all chose a different University for her.

>>In Turkey public universities are free and private universities from 5.000-USD to 20.000-USD. 20.000-USD just for medical schools and good nonmedical schools. My daughter won a few dentist and medical school too but I cannot afford them...

>Do you have a system where you or your daughter can borrow money from a bank for the university? IMHO, borrowing for medical or dental school will pay off in the long run.
Of course you right (a dentist or medical dr. earns a lot even there) but; 6 years of medical school means 20x6 = 120.000-USD. I can take credit from bank, pay school after one month later first payment to bank will come. There is no difference to paying monthly to school or bank. If I would have120.000-USD cash of course I would be pay. I expected my daughter won %50 scholarship for medical school, but unfortunately she wouldn't succeeded. I would pay 10.000-USD for a year... :(
There is a central exam at Turkey for all universities. You have to at first 10.000 at science points in one million student for %100 free private or public medical schools. Some private schools %50 free at first 20.000. My daughter at 60.000 at science and 40.000 at math. There a few %0 medical schools for 60.000 and a lot of %100 free engineering or business/social schools at 40.000... :(
