In my country just medical schools hard for %100 scholarship. If you're a bit good studend it's easy to won a %100 scholarship or public school at engineering (except Istanbul). Like your english history, turkish history is very very easy to won %100 free but it's so hard to find a job. Fortunately my daughter won a good Business Administration school at Istanbul in %100 english and %100 free...
