And how many polls do exist that give a total different ranking? We had such rankings in our country, but generally the best administrations ranked the worst when they implementated changes that were blindly linked as causes of crisisses or other negative events. Any time I see such ranking its too much linked to peoples own political preferences more than anything else.

In about 100 years, people will view this totally different.
