>My coworker installed Mac OS his notebook with VM. But it works so much faulty. Either Walter's mentioned way is not so good (this's just what I read from articles). According to articles the best way buy a Mac and use Objective C.

That was a concern. Based on what I have read so far, this seems to be the best approach to use. The investment in time to set that up in a VM environment which would end up to be a not-so 100% compliant environment does not be that much justified in favor of buying a Mac and use the main platform to develop the app. Apple really found the way to sell more Macs here knowing that they are pretty much ruling the smartphone world now. The 99.00$ annual fee for a developer to be able to work with that is not that much but another source of revenue. There would be a learning curve to learn another OS however and to put it all together. But, since an investment can only be justified if the app would in fact provide a ROI which would be adequate.

I have seen sites like Como allowing you to develop an app without any knowledge of everything directly on their Web site. However, we do have to pay an annual subscription or have the Mac developer subscription. But, those auto generated app are low level, basically just for providing a presence on the App store with a small app to promote your business. This wouldn't, of course, provide a full technical high end app needs.
