Actually Tamar posted a link to an article with some concrete suggestions: e.g.
- Allow more export of goods from Gaza. That would allow creation of a middle class of small businesspeople who we know are the ones who create employment and social stability. With no jobs or industry, the locals are dependent on Hamas.
Where is the victim in such a proposal? The article also says that Walter's countrymen/women offered to donate a scanner to avoid use of transport for weaponry if that is the objection.
